We are aware of the Wayne County Health Department's article stating a No.9 Grill employee tested positive for Hepatitis A. We take food handling and health regulations very seriously and let our track record of nearly 6 years attest to that. The identified employee was held out and excused from work as soon as symptoms began. As the report states, it is very rare for a person who consumes food prepared by an infected individual to contract the virus. We hold ourselves and our employees to high standards. We feel this is an isolated incident and all measures are being taken to protect both our employee and patron's health. We take pride in being one of the cleanest and safest places to eat in Wayne County. If you have any further questions or concerns regarding the report please feel free to contact the Wayne County Health Department or your personal physician.
